Delivery Information
A curated selection of jewellery pieces on our website is available for World-wide delivery.
Most jewels made to order in our workshop have a lead time of 6-8 weeks, with some taking up to 12 weeks. If applicable, you will be notified of this lead time at checkout prior to purchase.
Should you require a piece sooner, please email us at info@hadigems.com for coordination with the team.

Gift Wrapping
Please contact us if you would like your order gift-wrapped or require a handwritten note to be included.

Order Notification
Upon placing your order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. To ensure your order reaches you safely, the HADI team may need to contact you to discuss suitable shipping options.

HADI is not responsible for any unanticipated delays beyond our control.
World-wide Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping. We will notify you of the expected delivery timings upon receipt of your order. a tentative delivery dates are mentioned when you checkout. Payment is taken in British Pound at checkout. Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not applied at checkout.
